Trust & Security
How we handle your information.
Plain answers for marketing teams. Your IT team can request the details.
At a glance
- Your account is private. Every company, and every division, has its own separate account.
- Your content is yours. Everything we create for you belongs to you.
- AI providers don’t train on your data. We use OpenAI’s business API, which does not use your content to train its models.
- Encrypted on AWS. Data is encrypted for both sending and storing.
- You can ask us to delete it. Data can be deleted upon request.
- Who can see my information?
- Your uploads and drafts stay in your private workspace. Our creative team doesn’t begin work on a piece until you place an order. Within your account, each user’s conversations are private from other users. A limited number of authorized Media Shower team members can view account activity when needed to support your account.
- Is my data used to train AI?
- No. Each account has its own company model, built from the materials you provide and approve. We improve our methods by hand, not by pooling customer content across accounts.
- What data do you use?
- Public data (SEO rankings, AI-visibility tracking, competitor research), plus the materials you give us or data sources that you connect.
- How is it protected?
- Everything runs on Amazon Web Services. Access is limited by role, and multi-factor authentication is required on our core systems. Data is backed up daily to separate locations, and our systems are monitored for unusual activity. Every code change is reviewed and tested before release. We have a written incident response plan, and we notify affected customers within 24 to 72 hours of a confirmed incident.
- How long do you keep it?
- We keep your content while you’re a customer so the platform keeps working. At your request, we delete your account data within 30 days of confirming it.
- For your IT team
- Our security policies are available under NDA: IT security, software development, vulnerability management, business continuity, and incident response.
